Action Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, and related services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Final pricing may vary from estimates if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed.
  • We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with work.

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • We schedule services based on availability and weather conditions.
  • Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at no additional charge.
  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Service Guarantees

  • We strive for complete customer satisfaction on every job.
  • If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will address your concerns.
  • Guarantees do not cover regrowth of organic matter after cleaning.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
  • Commercial accounts may qualify for net-30 terms with approved credit.

Property Access and Preparation

  • Customers are responsible for providing access to the areas to be cleaned, including a working outdoor water source.
  • Please remove fragile items, vehicles, and personal belongings from work areas before our arrival.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas that were not disclosed prior to service.

Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions discovered during cleaning.
  • Some stains (deeply set oil, rust, or paint) may not be fully removable; we will communicate realistic expectations before beginning work.
